The driver had me sign the paperwork before he unloaded the package. My bad for not insisting on seeing the box before hand. Once he left I noticed that the box was damaged, along with the contents. And because I signed the paperwork, they are in the clear.

Pro # 44666****. Customer # 415785 According to Pro Pizza Ovens, where I purchased merchandise to be delivered, my delivery was expected on Tuesday, Nov 1st. I received a Voicemail from Roadrunner on Oct 31st to schedule delivery. I returned that call as requested that day and left a voicemail (the first of three in the past 3 days). I also called Customer Service twice. I was told that an email was sent to the scheduler to request that she call me and that I needed to wait at least 24 hours because she had other deliveries to schedule and she may have been on the phone or away from her desk when I called. To date, I have not been contacted to schedule my delivery.The terminal I am attempting to contact is in Romulus, MI. The schedulers name is Jennifer Dixon. Her phone number is 734-946-****. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and any assistance you can provide in contacting and scheduling my delivery.

Unprofessional people

Pro 48257**** I was follow up all roadrunner people last 15 days .every day they given same ans Freight was loaded at trailer and waiting for reach final Destination. I was ask location they say freight was transferred from phoenix to Tucson .but Phoenix people say freight was not there and not transfer. All are given Fake information it's really unprofessional service provider

Damage and pour customer service

Oven arrived damaged, damage was reported to driver before he unloaded it. Claim was filed with rrts. I called 1 week later to check on it. Told it takes 30 days called back in 30 now its 60 called on 60th day now its 120 days So now 90 days in I had to order and pay for a new oven and pay for it out of my pocket and pay to have it shipped again I am now 2x in with my investment in 1 oven and now 4months begins opening my restaurant Checking with my attorney about my lose in sales while Im non operational due to these incompetent fools

If you want to be scammed by someone, then hire the services of ROADRUNNER TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM . They are the worst!! they quote you for a cost and then they charge you for a much higher amount. I brought a load from New York with them, they told me that my cargo weighed more than the warehouse had told me, when the cargo arrived at my warehouse the weight was right,They lied!! isnt the first time that happen to me, so for this reason and many more, for this reason and many more, I will not use roadrunner anymore and I do not recommend it

Website is down for 4 days and no calls recevied any locatoin nationwide

ETD was 9/10/2019 but no delivery made till today 9/16/2019. RRTS Tracking website down from 9/13/2019 and no corporate number 414-615-****, cs 855-776-****, nor any US terminal number is working. They do not receive calls and just hang up calls by saying "Not available", all day today. My vendor/shipper got also pissed off by what RRTS is at. Where is my shipment?

Customer service

After I navigated the automated system...I was given a cue to "please hold...there are 62 callers in front of you? It was so ridiculous I laughed out loud. I do not recommend this shipper; if tracking or customer service is of importance. I can't even rate the company; because there isn't an option for no stars.

Horrible company

Calls me and tells me a date.I have someone around to accept.NO SHOW.Look online date changed to day after.Had someone around again.NO SHOW.I Called several times and asked for a supervisor and they hung up every time I called in!!!!! Then I find the shipment is a hour away at a terminal.They say they don't service my town.They need to find another shipper to take days later.3-5 different trucking companies to drop off a small shipment.2 from california and 2 from a hour away.This company should not be in business and the staff is worthless and horrible to deal with!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Roadrunner Transportation

They first tell you, you will work with you. Then, you do what their operations people say; their Manager of their Recruiting (A Casey somebody!) blows up your deal. I tried working with them, putting together a Lease/Purchase Deal for a tractor. Did everything right or so I was told; by the other two companies! But I had a extremely pushy Contractor Recruiter. They kept wanting to schedule an orientation, PRIOR, to me having the equipment to get there????? I was an outside contractor, NOT, some *** employee!!!! I was negotiating with one of their divisional companies in Maine. Then, had the equipment company in Indiana! Maine and Indiana were fine, no problems! When you keep their Manager of Recruiting in the "loop" and email her an update! She gets all pissed off,(apparently because u didn't go thru her or something!Despite, her telling you what recruiter to go to,then u follow instructions by her recruiter, she sent you too. Then follow the instructions from the division u will work for.) and blows up your deal. They also lie, try to intimidate you, etc.(as usual from a trucking company) tell you D.O.T. says this or that, u find out then from D.O.T.=Not True! I believe they also got pissed off, because Indiana had already sent me the equipment contract for my legal review! Maybe, don't know. But what I do know, are two things: 1. The emotional display (she showed and NO, that's ZERO, Professionalism) was way over the top for a simple contractor deal over equipment. I felt like I was back in High School, maybe even Middle School!Seriously!!!! 2. You file a complaint with their 1, that's right; I said 1!(took an entire day to get in touch with the poor guy!) Contractor Relations Person, you get NO WHERE!!!! MY POINT,AVOID Road Runner Transportation like the plague!!! If they let these type work for them,let alone attempt to negotiate deals. I don't want any part of them and will go to work for their competition and help put them out of business. Let some of them sit on the unemployment line for awhile with 94 Million (almost a 1/3rd of our US Population people!) Unemployed! See how they like it! This ain't "Looney Tunes" People!!! Oh wait, that insults the Roadrunner and Looney Tunes, as My Bad! Sorry!! Anyway, stay away from this company. Based on my experience, they should be out of business!!!
